Ferdinand Delafosse's journey into movement began early and evolved through his 10-year career as an actor and performer. Trained in a variety of disciplines, from dance to qigong and acrobatics to yoga, Ferdinand's passion lies in exploring our limitless movement capabilities and their connection to self-healing. His realization of this passion brought him to Koh Phangan five years ago, where he has since refined his practice. Before Yoga:
Kru Bank's first awakening came at the age of 18 in 2006, where he experienced a divine light and spaciousness. His first yoga class in Ashtanga Vinyasa ended with blissful tears and a profound spinal awakening during savasana. Prior to yoga, Kru Bank was an IT manager and a self-described IT nerd, educated at Thammasat University in Thailand. Raised in a middle-class family with a challenging childhood, including parental divorce, he knows the depths of the darkest nights of the soul.
A failed suicide attempt marked a turning point, as his journey through back pain and personal challenges led him to a spiritual awakening. Yoga became his path to healing and forgiveness, allowing him to reconcile with his father and witness the remarriage of his parents. Despite being asked to teach yoga before formal certification, Kru Bank pursued proper training in India to deepen his practice and knowledge.

However, his life took a dramatic turn when he faced severe personal and physical challenges. A near-suicidal moment, coupled with chronic back pain, led him to discover yoga in 2006. His first yoga class brought an intense spiritual awakening, marked by a divine experience during savasana that transformed his life.

At 37, feeling exhausted from work and battling depression, she returned to her hometown and worked as a Guest Service Agent at Reverie Siam Resort. A year of regular yoga practice reignited her passion for the discipline, leading her to pursue formal yoga training in Rishikesh, India.
